Refund Policy

Our goal at Qurify is to ensure student satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued.

Free Trial

We offer a free trial class to allow you to experience our teaching style and platform before making a financial commitment. As such, we encourage all prospective students to take advantage of this trial.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for monthly fees are generally not provided once the month of classes has begun. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as a long-term illness or family emergency. A written request with supporting documentation may be required.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@qurify.co.uk with your name, student’s name, and a detailed reason for the request. All requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.

No Refunds For

  • Missed classes that were not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Dissatisfaction with a course if a free trial was not taken.
  • Partial months of service.

This policy is in compliance with UK consumer protection laws.
